For any purchase on our website, you have a 14-day "cooling-off period" starting from the receipt of your package to return it to us. You have the option to exchange it for another product on our eshop, receive a store credit valid for 2 years, or get a refund.

9. Warranty

In any case, the customer benefits from the legal warranty for hidden defects (Articles 1625 and following of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller is legally obliged to repair all its consequences (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code); if the buyer resorts to the courts, they must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the Civil Code).
