PAYMENT
In order to start the production of a product, we will send you a link to place an order directly through our website. You will be able to choose the payment method that suits you best (credit card, 3-installment payment, PayPal, etc.) as well as the delivery option of your choice. Upon receiving the order, we will begin the custom production of your item. Once it is completed, you will receive an email.
RETURN POLICY
Since the product was custom-made, a refund will not be possible.
You can proceed with an exchange for an in-stock product on our eshop or a second model can be custom-made again.
UNIQUE PIECES
All our Berber rugs and furniture pieces are handmade. It is technically impossible to obtain an exact copy to the millimeter.
For the rugs, colors and design may not be exactly identical. The ordered dimensions may be up to 10cm larger or smaller in length and width.
RUG MANUFACTURING TIME
The estimated lead times for custom rug orders are provided as an indication and generally range between 2 and 5 months from the order confirmation.
Due to the completely artisanal and traditional nature of our rugs, certain factors beyond our control may affect the production time. For example, rug washing and drying are done naturally in the sun, and production may be slowed down by exceptional weather conditions or other logistical constraints.
Therefore, the company reserves the right to exceptionally extend the delivery time, up to a maximum of 12 months, without this constituting a breach of its contractual obligations. In this case, the customer will be promptly informed of the situation and the available options for their order.
PAYMENT
In order to start the production of a product, a deposit of one third (if payment in 3 installments) or half (if payment in two installments) will be required. Once the product is finalized, the balance will be requested before delivery.
